Make Your Own Superfood CBD-Chia Pudding

Move over smoothie bowls. We love you, but sometimes you’re too high maintenance for us—especially on mornings when we just need a grab-and-go breakfast.

This simple CBD superfood chia pudding is your way to a flawless, no-fuss kind of morning.

Once only recognizable from those quirky commercials, chia seeds are now a staple superfood. Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and calcium, these little seeds keep your energy running high all through the morning. The chlorella adds an additional protein and essential fatty acid punch. Chlorella is a freshwater algae known for helping to activate your brain, nourish your skin and support your digestive system. The CBD tincture is a great way to introduce one more superfood to the mix—one that can help with inflammation, anxiety and focus.

You know you’ll feel refreshed after eating this little treat. And it’s always a good day knowing that what you eat is helping you heal in the long run.


  • 1 cup almond milk or nut milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp chlorella
  • 1 serving size of CBD tincture (oil-based)


Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until there are no more clumps. Let chia pudding sit in the fridge for 15 minutes or let stand in the fridge overnight. In the morning, serve with your favorite toppings. Great options include fresh berries, crunchy granola and coconut whip cream.
